Massage is an age old healing system; touch an important human need – it can relieve, reassure & restore. Whatever your sport, work or leisure pursuit, increasingly people are turning to massage for its wide ranging benefits.
Regular massages can support existing exercise regimes and assist the rehabilitation of many common ailments and injuries including back & shoulder pain, muscles strains and other musculoskeletal problems, reducing inflammation in sore muscles. Massage brings suppleness to muscles, frees up and mobilises joints, helping to realign the body and improve posture.
We offer a variety of different massages & bodywork, including Sports & Remedial, Swedish and Thai Yoga. Treatments are tailored to the individual and are suitable for everyone: young/old, male/female, for the seemingly healthy and for those with chronic illnesses. Sorrel treats sports people (e.g. runners, footballers, cyclists), office workers, thatchers, gardeners and housewives amongst others.
