Millie Kerridge

BSc

I am a specialist neurological physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience delivering bespoke, high-quality, evidence-informed rehabilitation to people living with neurological conditions. I care deeply about supporting my clients to rebuild confidence, restore movement and achieve meaningful, lasting change — whether that is walking safely, returning to exercise, or simply feeling more in control of their body again.

My career has spanned acute hospital wards, specialist neuro-rehabilitation units and community services in Bristol, Brighton, London, the South West, and further afield including Malawi. I now provide individually tailored neurological physiotherapy in Gillingham and its surrounding villages, working with people in their own homes and communities to ensure therapy fits around real life.

I am delighted to be joining the team at Wincanton Chiropractic and offering appointments within the clinic.

(Please note that there are steps to negotiate when accessing the building, so these appointments are most suitable for those who can manage these, with assistance available if needed).

Some of the common conditions I treat include:

  • Stroke
  • Dizziness and vestibular disorders
  • Balance problems
  • Brain injury
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Multiple sclerosis (MS)
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Other long-term neurological conditions affecting movement and independence

My approach is person-centred: I take time to understand what makes you tick — your career, hobbies, goals and interests. I seek out the most effective treatment strategies and regularly update my skills to ensure rehabilitation remains current, dynamic and tailored to you. Every programme is individualised, because no two people, and no two neurological journeys, are the same.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I am also a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology (ACPIN) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Vestibular Rehabilitation (ACPIVR).

Alongside my clinical practice, I also act as a medico-legal expert witness in neurological injury cases.

Outside of work, I enjoy Morris dancing, interiors and antiques, and spending time with my husband, our two young daughters and our delightfully naughty whippets.
